Memorial Service at Arlington National Cemetery

If you watched the Memorial Service to Honor the Service Men and Women who gave the Ultimate Sacrifice for their Country, did you notice how Bush seemed to want the honor? I guess Barbara Bush had something to do with all the people yelling and applauding while Bush was giving his speech. Bush had to give his silly wave to those in attendance before he left the platform. I was sick, it seemed that Bush and Rumsfelt wanted all the attention. Bush says he mourns each life when they get killed. ( BELONY). Bush should get a corn pipe for being the worst President we have ever had. He and Fox are the best of buddys. I wonder why!!!!

I wonder what it would take for Bush and Cheney to tell the truth for once. They remind me of two little boys who always do anything to get their way in everything. Bush's stupid wave and how he always loooks for the camera to make sure they get his photo. He surely must think he is all that. UG.

Raining Down on Me !!!!

I don't know where my brain is lately; it seems that everything I do something goes wrong. I decided to buy new tires for the car before Jo Ann and I take that trip to South Carolina. I took the car in to the dealer to get tires and everything seemed to go fine, however, I hadn't been to church for months as it was just too hot. I went to Sunday School and stayed for Church, when I started to come home. The lift on the car for my wheelchair would not work to lift the chair up. One of the men saw me frustrated and trying to get it to work so he came out to help me and he got it working manually. When I got home I had to also do it all manually. Jo Ann wanted to fix it and we thought it was just the switch. She worked all day running all over town to get the right switch; she then put it together and it didn't work. I felt so sorry for her because I could see that she was in such pain, yet she kept at it. Finally she got it all together and it was getting dark so she quit and went home. Yesterday I decided to call my good friend Naomi and asked her if she would drive me to the place where I had bought it to see what they could do. The man fixed it so I could use it if I had to but hopefully the part they ordered will come in today and another friend, Nancy is going to drive me there as it is quiet a distance. I am hoping to get everything finished because Jo Ann and I sure want to go to South Carolina to be with Osha, Etta, Jennie, Janice, Vivian and Dorothy. Jo Ann is having one of her dogs put to sleep today or maybe two dogs. She is not going to feel very chipper for a couple of days. She is always there for me and tries very hard to do as much as possible for me to help. I do love her very much and appreciate her. I am patiently waiting for a call from the wheelchair place to call and let me know that they have the part.
